Wellbeing Listener FOUNDATION

Would you like to come and discover a simple and powerful way of helping others reconnect to their inbuilt resilience and wellbeing?

 
Our popular Foundation Course is starting at the end of October.
 
What are the dates?
You need to attend three sessions and two zoom-mentoring sessions. Please check the dates before booking. This whole programme is conducted online via Zoom.
  1. Monday October 31st 1000-1145 (option to stay on for extra 15mins Q&A at end)
  2. Monday November 7th 1000-1145 (option to stay on for extra 15mins Q&A at end)
  3. **LONGER SESSION** Monday November 14th 1000-1300
 
To obtain the certificate you will need to also attend the two group mentoring sessions. Here are the dates for those sessions:
 
ZOOM-BASED mentoring sessions: 
  • Friday November 11th 4pm-5pm
  • Tuesday November 15th 5pm-6pm
