It’s so frustrating being on the receiving end of someone who wants to fix you.
However, often when we are the ones listening, we lapse into trying to ‘fix’ others.
Many of us feel the need to fix people who come to us with a problem or issue.
The intention might come from a good place, but people don’t need fixing and it’s the wrong way to approach things.
This week Liz is with Gillian Christison a coach who has a background as a nurse and healthworker.
In recent years she’s shifted from trying to fix to supporting others through listening.

beautiful; I think fixing is conditioned into us from an early age at least for me.
