Melting Fears and Insecurities

There is such a freshness about newly settled snow.

As we crunched our way on our morning walk, we saw the tracks of animals and occasional footprints. The further we headed onto the moor, the less disturbed the snow.

Then the sun started to shine through and as we walked back through the lanes, melt water dripped from the overhanging branches and small clumps of snow thudded onto the ground.

As I watched the snow turn to slush beneath my feet, my mind turned to my inner journey over the past few years.

The melting snow reminded me of the beliefs, insecurities and fears that have been melting away. They’ve been dissolving without effort and without me trying.

The more I’m curious about my true nature and the more I explore the energetic, deeper intelligence behind life – the more freedom I experience. 

Life still has its challenges and still has its ups and downs – however there is an ever-present, knowing awareness that is always there.

As my curiosity grows towards this awareness, I find that many of the blocks and hurdles in my mind evaporate.

When we talk about ‘wellbeing’ to those who attend our training events, we are really talking about the essence of who we are.

In other words we are pointing people away from the ‘snow’ (which might turn up in limiting beliefs or insecurities) and instead we point them to the ‘sun’ (which is that deeper, creative energy behind life itself).

As people start to explore this deeper awareness, they begin to notice how its warmth and energy evaporates the fears and agitated thinking. There is a naturalness and ease to this, there is a lack of effort and trying.
