January 2020 update:

On January 1st I (learn more about Liz Scott here) started an experiment in my local community Ivybridge. The experiment is set to last for 12 weeks and its purpose is to explore wellbeing in the town.

My vision is to create the conditions that enable wellbeing to naturally flourish.

In the first few weeks I’ve already come across incredible people that are making a difference.

Shirley and Morgana Weeks provide a weekly space for people to drop in. I met them at the Health and Wellbeing Fair to learn more about ‘So Social’. You can listen to them here

It was great going along to the Health and Wellbeing Fair and discovering what people loved about their Community.

What’s our vision?

Have you noticed that many people seem to be rushing around with no time for the things that really matter to them. We find people are mentally exhausted because of their busy, worried thinking.

Do you find yourself laden down with anxious, or fearful thoughts about the future. Do you ever ruminate on the past?

What would it be like if you could find some relief from this?

Imagine a different kind of community

We want to bring people together in Ivybridge to discover the truth about natural resilience and wellbeing. In our work (as coaches) we have seen that there is something that is very simple and often overlooked.

Many people don’t realise that we all have an incredible in-built source of resilience and wellbeing within. It makes a huge difference when we start to trust this natural resilience.

Imagine what it would be like to live in a town where we all have time for connection with family, friends and the wider community.

What difference would that make?
