Tuesday mornings – 1030am-1200
27th September – 18th October
15th November – 13th December
at The Library
Open to all (18+) – no need to book
Welcome to the Ivybridge Community Hub. My name is Liz (from Inner Compass Guide CIC) and I’d love to welcome you to the Ivybridge Community Hub.
What is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is a free drop-in at the Watermark. Each week a community group in Ivybridge joins us to share what they do.
During the year we’ll be meeting in the library to try out different activities – it’s completely free.
There is always a lot of laughter, fun and conversation (plus a free cup of tea).
There’s No Need to Join.
If you’ve ever been tempted by joining a community group but have had concerns like:
- “What if I go and I don’t like it?”
- “What if it isn’t my kind of thing?”
- “What if no-one talks to me?”
Then the Community Hub is for you.

Trying out a bit of Tai Chi
There’s no pressure to join with the taster activities. Just come and sit with your cuppa and listen/observe, we’d still love to see you.
No-one will try to make you sign up to anything.
You’ll also have time to chat with other people and enjoy some of the great activities that Ivybridge has on offer.
There’s no charge. You’ll get a free cup of tea or coffee. You’ll have a chance to safely enjoy a bite-sized taster session in a small informal group.
Here’s a run down of what we’re planning:
- 27th September – Crafts with Jenny
- 4th October – Seated Dancing with Jenny Beavon
- 11th October – Beer Tasting with Ivybridge Brewery
- 18th October – Nordic Walking
- 15th November -Flower Arranging
- 22nd November – Laughing Yoga TBC
- 29th November – Singing
- 13th December – Crafts TBC
There’s no need to book – just come along.
